What is the available time for ENT Screening?
 Monday - 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m

Is this ENT Screening suitable for kids?

Suitable for 5-year-old kid and above.

How long will this ENT Screening be done?

It will take about 30 minutes to 1 hour but it depends on the process. 

How is the process if I am interested in doing the screening?
You can inform us through Call or WhatsApp through this number (Marketing no: 018-3990060 @  General line: 03-61441600).
Does the package include medication?

No. Medication will be charged as an additional charge.

Does this screening include the ENT procedure?
No. Procedure of treatment will be discussed later by the consultant based on the patient's condition and  the price is excluded from the package. 
How long can the result be reviewed?

Result will be reviewed immediately by a specialist during the consultation session.

How many visits for the screening package?
It will take 1 visit but it depends on severity of illness. If patients need to do the follow up, it will  additionally charge for the next visit. 
Can I get a medical certificate or time to sleep during an ENT session?
Yes. We will give a medical certificate or time to sleep upon your request.
Can I request a female consultant?
 Yes. But it depends on the consultant schedule and availability.
Is the screening procedure painful?
It is mild discomfort and you will be given painkillers for endoscopy procedure.
How will the hearing test be conducted?
Hearing test will be conducted through 2 tests which is: 
1. Pure Tone Testing – To assess level of hearing. 
2. Tympanometry – To know the health condition of the eardrum and middle ear. 
How to access snoring or breathing problems during sleep?
You can choose to take a sleep study package.
How is the process for booking a sleep study package?
You need to undergo consultation first and the consultant will decide for you whether it is necessary or  not. 
After doing ENT screening, can I continue the procedure with another centre?
Yes. You can discuss with the consultant in-charge and can request for a referral letter to do at  another centre. 
Is it necessary to do a swab test before the screening?
No. Swab test only necessary if patients need to be warded.
Can I request an appointment letter for Insurance purposes?
Yes. We will issue an appointment letter upon request.
